Ask Your Company to Bring Me In
A tool to help you show your organization what you're seeing — and know exactly what to ask for.
Step 0: Take the quiz first

Who to send this to
- 1.Start with your direct manager — even if they're not the budget-holder, they usually need to approve or endorse the request first.
- 2.Loop in L&D or whoever owns the culture / training budget — cc them directly if you already know, or ask your manager to.
- 3.No formal process? Ask anyway. Many companies have unused training funds — the ask itself often prompts one.
If your result was Authenticity: This one's personal — it's about how you're being read as an individual, not a team-level fit for a workshop. Use the Professional Development Funding tool instead to ask for coaching support.
If your result was bullying / mistreatment: A workshop exists for this, but before deciding whether to escalate to leadership at all, start with the self-paced Workplace Bullying Course in Skool. You'll get the framework and documentation tools first. And if your situation involves your own manager, route any organizational ask to HR — not that manager. You're never obligated to disclose the specific nature of a workplace conflict to request professional development.
