How do I know which module to start with?

Most people start with Module 3 (Navigating Being Assertive but not Too Aggressive) because boundary-setting challenges show up everywhere. But if you have a specific urgent challenge:

  • Feeling burned out from code-switching? → Module 1
  • Feeling manipulative when being strategic? → Module 2
  • Getting labeled aggressive or difficult? → Module 3
  • Being exploited or undervalued? → Module 4
  • Doing everything yourself and burning out? → Module 5

Can I buy modules out of order?

Yes. Each module provides standalone value. However, some natural progressions work well:

  • Modules 1 → 2 → 3 (building foundation)
  • Modules 3 → 4 → 5 (building power)
  • Modules 2 → 4 → 6 (leadership preparation)

Do I need to buy all 6 modules?

No. Many clients start with 1-2 modules and see such good results they continue. Others get exactly what they need from a single module. Your choice entirely.

What's the difference between buying a single module vs. the complete program?

How much time does this take per week?

You can reschedule with 24 hours' notice. We'll find a new time that works for both of us.
